Het appartement 33D - Premium ligt op de eerste lijn van het Levante strand in Calpe.
Het is geschikt voor 5 volwassenen of 2 volwassenen en 4 kleine kinderen.
Deze flat is volledig gerenoveerd in juni 2023 en heeft 2 slaapkamers.
Zeer functionele ingebouwde kasten.
Badkamer met douche, handdoeken inbegrepen en verschillende benodigdheden zoals waslijn, pincet, strijkijzer en strijkplank.
Volledig ingerichte keuken met koelkast met vriesvak, magnetron, vaatwasser, Nespresso-apparaat met capsules verwelkomen u bij aankomst.
Er is een kast voor het recyclen van organisch afval, papier en karton, verpakkingen en een speciale container voor het recyclen van koffiecapsules.
De woon/eetkamer is ideaal, comfortabel en goed verlicht. Slaapbank 140 x 200 met Chaisse Longue annex, Smart Tv 42 inch met internationale zenders, grote eettafel en gratis wifi in het hele appartement.
De woonkamer heeft directe toegang tot het terras waar je heerlijk kunt liggen lezen, ontbijten of lunchen met een prachtig uitzicht op de zee en de Peñon de Ifach.
Het interessante aan deze flat is dat er gerecyclede materialen zijn gebruikt, zoals de massief houten meubels die een tweede leven hebben gekregen en de blauwe details, gerecycled plastic uit de Middellandse Zee dankzij het bedrijf The Gravity Wave.
De flat heeft airconditioning, verwarming en ventilatoren.
Verschillende verlichting afhankelijk van de kamer, algemeen en sfeervol-decoratief. Ramen met thermische en akoestische isolatie.
Gebouw met directe toegang tot de voetgangerspromenade met winkels, bars, restaurants, watersporten...

We recently stayed in apartment 33D. It had been fully renovated to a high spec. I love the addition of ceiling fans - these were great for nighttime and didn’t dry the air like aircon does. I used the washing machine daily which is a fantastic help.bekijk meer

We purchased buckets and spades for the beach every year and always leave them behind. I hate this because it isn’t good for the environment. It would be great if these items could be left for future guests to use during their stay. An honesty cupboabekijk meer
